Can I try FairMed without paying?
Yes. The 9 tools are free to use for individual clinicians with daily limits (10 queries/day anonymous). No credit card required to explore.
Is there a discount for LATAM clinicians / federations?
Institutional pricing is always custom — we adjust for regional budgets, size of the team, and public-sector context. Talk to us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All self-serve plans (Pro, Starter, Team) cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. No lock-in.
Do you offer annual billing?
Self-serve plans are currently monthly (Stripe). Annual pricing on request for Team+ — contact sales.
What happens if WADA publishes a new standard?
FairMed's DocWatcher monitors the official WADA document pages weekly. When a new Prohibited List, ISTUE, ISL, ISTI, or ISRM is published, we update the platform and notify subscribers.
Who reviews the clinical content?
FairMed is founded and operated by
Dr. Mauricio Beitia Kraemer, MD, MSc, who is also President of
SPMD — Sociedad Panameña de Medicina del Deporte. Clinical review is provided independently by the SPMD physician board including Dr. Mario Boyd Higuera, MD (Vice-President SPMD, pulmonology). Dr. Kraemer discloses the dual role and abstains from SPMD's internal votes that concern FairMed.

How is institutional billing handled?
Self-serve plans (Pro, Starter, Team) are processed by Stripe with automatic receipt. For Clinic, Institution, and White-Label tiers, invoicing and contracting are coordinated directly during the sales conversation to match your institution's accounting and compliance requirements.
