About CINADO

The Cayman Islands' anti-doping efforts are coordinated through the RADO Caribbean.

As a WADA-affiliated organization, CINADO follows the World Anti-Doping Code, including the 2026 Prohibited List, International Standards for Testing (ISTI), and Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE/AUT) procedures.

Key Areas of Operation

  • In-competition and out-of-competition testing
  • Therapeutic Use Exemption (AUT/TUE) administration
  • Athlete education and outreach
  • Results management and sanctions
  • Whereabouts compliance (ADAMS)

RADO Coverage

Cayman Islands does not currently have a standalone NADO website. Anti-doping coordination is provided through RADO Caribbean, a WADA-supported Regional Anti-Doping Organization that provides testing, education, and compliance support to member countries.
